My work follows a structured process designed to bring greater clarity, coherence, and alignment to how a therapeutic practice is communicated. This may involve refining an existing practice presence, or supporting practitioners who are creating their communication and online presence for the first time.
Intake & Clarity
We begin with an initial conversation to develop a clear understanding of your practice, your communication needs, and the experience you want to create for clients. This stage helps establish:
- how you describe your work and therapeutic approach
- the structure and tone of your communication
- the client journey from first contact onwards
- areas that may feel unclear, inconsistent, or underdeveloped
For practitioners without an existing website or established materials, this stage also helps define the foundational structure and direction of a new practice presence.
Communication Review
Following the initial session, I carry out a structured review of your existing communication, or where relevant, develop the foundational structure for new communication materials and websites. This may include:
- website content and structure
- onboarding and client communication
- practice materials and written systems
- overall clarity, tone, and consistency across the practice
The focus is on ensuring that communication feels aligned with both the practitioner’s way of working and the experience they want to offer clients.
Refinement & Restructuring
The final stage involves refining, restructuring, or developing communication across agreed areas of the practice. Depending on the project, this may involve:
- refining website content and messaging
- developing content and structure for new websites
- restructuring key information or communication flows
- improving consistency across client-facing materials
Where appropriate, I can also support the implementation of refined communication, including updating website content or coordinating with external collaborators where needed.
A Contained Approach
I work with a small number of practitioners at a time in order to keep projects focused and appropriately contained. Each piece of work is shaped around the needs of the individual practice, while following a clear and structured process from initial conversation through to refinement and implementation.
