About

I support therapists and wellbeing practitioners in refining how their work is communicated across websites, writing, newsletters, and practice materials, with a focus on clarity, coherence, and tone. My work sits at the intersection of communication, structure, and therapeutic thinking.

I studied Liberal Arts at King’s College London (History major, Theology minor), which developed a strong foundation in long-form writing, analysis, and narrative structure.

I have since worked across communications and operations roles in sectors including fashion and publishing. This has included work in content strategy, website and copy development, analytics, and operational coordination within both creative and organisational environments.

Alongside this, I currently manage a family property business, overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant communication, and coordination with contractors and professional services. I also volunteer at one of the UK’s most prominent charities supporting older adults, where I work across reception, administration, and client-facing communication.

These roles have given me experience in both structured systems and relational, real-world communication — particularly in contexts where clarity, tone, and responsiveness are essential.

I am currently studying psychotherapy at Regent’s University London, with a particular interest in integrative approaches. Alongside this, I have been in personal therapy over a number of years, including work with talking therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and EMDR, all of which have shaped my interest in how therapeutic work is experienced and communicated.

I am particularly interested in how therapeutic practice is expressed — both within the consulting room and beyond it — and in helping practitioners articulate their work in ways that feel grounded, coherent, and aligned with how they actually work.
